Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your CARWORNIC purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right.

30-Day Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. After 30 days, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • With all tags attached
  • In original packaging

Items that are damaged, worn, or altered after delivery cannot be accepted.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email carwornicgear@outlook.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and a brief reason.
  2. Within 24 business hours, our team will reply with shipping instructions to the fulfillment center nearest your address (US or UK warehouse) and an RMA reference for your package.
  3. Pack the item in its original packaging with all tags attached, write the RMA reference clearly on the outside of the box, and ship using a trackable service of your choice.
  4. Once your return arrives (typically 3–5 business days after we receive it), we’ll inspect the item and email you to confirm the refund.
  5. Your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or shipped in error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, the fastest way is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order. Email us at carwornicgear@outlook.com if you need help.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrived damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at carwornicgear@outlook.com with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

Items marked Final Sale, gift cards, and items returned outside the 30-day window are non-returnable.
